ActivAided Orthotics backs our posture training shirt with a 3 Business Day Return Policy and a 90 Day Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

ActivAided Orthotics offers a 3 Business Day Return Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ActivAided, you may return it within 3 business days of receiving the original product for a full refund or exchange.

Purchases made through third parties are subject to their warranties and procedures.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call 412-348-1261 or info@activaided.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.

We will then have you ship the product to our facility and we will notify you when we receive your product. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item is inspected and the return is approved, we will either issue you a refund or send you the new size per your instructions. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to either receive the new product or see the refund issued on your original payment method.

The ActivAided posture training shirt is guaranteed to experience no significant defects in workmanship or material that compromise the integrity of the product for a period of 90 Days from the date of delivery of the product. (The recommended treatment period for the ActivAided Posture Training Brace)

This warranty does not cover any damages due to user error, whether purposeful or accidental, to the Base Garment, Back Panel, Anterior and Lateral Panels, or Posterior Thoracic Extension Panel. Replacement panels are available to purchase on the ActivAided Orthotics website.

ActivAided Orthotics warrants to the original purchaser that the products sold be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, misuse or operation beyond capacity. The duration of this Limited Warranty is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser. ActivAided Orthotic’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit the purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at ActivAided Orthotic’s sole discretion.

This warranty will not apply under the following circumstances:

• Damage by extreme overuse, accident, or abuse.
• Modifications or repair performed by unauthorized persons.
