If for any reason you are not satisfied with our posture training device, you may return the product within 3 business day from the date of delivery.
Please contact us at 412-348-1261 or via email at info@activaided.com to receive your return validation number.
We will then have you ship the product to our facility and we will notify you when we receive your product. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item is inspected and the return is approved, you will be issued a refund within 2 weeks.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the fit of your product, you may exchange your product for a different size within 3 business day from the date of delivery.
Please contact us at 412-348-1261 or via email at info@activaided.com to receive your exchange validation number. We may also have you supply us with a few more measurements to determine which size garment to send you as a replacement.
We will then have you ship the original product to our facility and we will notify you when we receive your product. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the product is inspected and the exchange is approved, we will send you out a new product which you should receive within 2 weeks.
If it is determined from your measurements that you require a custom garment, please note that it may take an additional 2 weeks to receive your custom ActivAided product.
